Exterior - Fix the flaking paint_02 : Fence

 

Flaking paint everywhere on the fence..

 

Normally, the problem is coming from moisture of land floor or pre-painter missed undercoat..

 

It always starting with tiny bubbles..

 

if you can find out early it will be fixed easily..

 

but this house wasn`t.. 

 

That`s why house need to maintenance at least once per 5 years..

 

 

Before

 

 

 

1st step : Removed flaking paint with hi-pressure..

 

2nd step : Rendering skim coat..

 

 

 

3rd step : Sanding, undercoat patched area.. and painting whole fence with exterior paint..
